If you need to reset your password, please contact the SHIROKANE support team.

If you have forgotten the passphrase of your private key for SSH connection to the SHIROKANE login node, create a new key pair and register a new public key with SHIROKANE. There is nothing we can do about the passphrase because the private key is what you have.
